We offer a range of options - from Virtual offices to Daily passes, hotdesks, dedicated seating, and private office space

Pricing is a matter of us being able to cater to your specific requirements. Speak with our center managers to understand how we can customize your pricing.

We have ample parking spaces available. Two-wheeler parking is complimentary on a first come first serve basis. Four wheeler parking is a paid service in addition to the rentals charged for the seats.

Our private offices are flexible and some customization such as the installation of cabins can be done on the house. However, extensive customization will not be possible. Our coworking and hotdesk areas are not customizable.

There are different minimum lease periods for different configurations of spaces, lock-in period and lease periods. Speak with our center managers to understand which suits your requirements the best .

All rentals are on an advance basis billed on the first of each month. Pro-rata invoices are generated for any period less than a month

There are different deposit amounts for different configurations of spaces, lock-in period and lease periods. Speak with our center managers to understand which suits your requirements the best. However, the minimum deposit for private office space is 3 months of rentals. For other spaces, it may vary from 1 month to 3 months as a minimum.

All Deposits are 100% refundable at the end of your lease period except for the following instances:

  • Termination of the lease agreement by you during the lock-in period.

  • Any pending amounts payable to the center for the period in which space was used by you.

  • Severe damage and destruction of the property directly attributable to your actions.

Regular wear and tear is on us - we don’t withhold deposits for these issues

Deposits are refunded within 72 hours of the termination or end of your lease period, subject to bank holidays

We suggest you discuss any TDS that you will need to deduct with your financial advisors or tax advisors. However, we will require you to provide us with the TDS certificates for any such deductions.

Yes. The space is fully compliant with norms in relation to operation as a coworking space.

Yes. Each of your registered employees or teams will have individual access cards to the center. Each block will have different access card access.

We offer a specific amount of printer and conference room credits for each member of your team.You may use these as a team or individually. If you run out of credits, you can buy more using our platform and pay for it online.
