Refunds:
All Deposits are 100% refundable at the end of your lease period.
Regular wear and tear are on us – we don’t withhold deposits for these issues.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy:
• Termination of the lease agreement by you during the lock-in period.
• Any pending amounts payable to the center for the period in which space was used by you.
• Severe damage and destruction of the property directly attributable to your actions.
Any other items covered under the User Agreement that will be entered into between you and Cove.
The quantum of refund in situations of the above exceptional cases will depend on Cove’s discretion and upon the terms of the User Agreement that will be entered into between you and Cove.
Cancellations:
Cancellation of your User Agreement will be governed by the terms of the User Agreement that will be signed between you and Cove.
Processing Time:
Deposits are refunded within 7 working days of the termination or end of your lease period, subject to bank holidays subject to any terms of the User Agreement that will be entered into between you and Cove.
Changes to this Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time without notice. By purchasing from us after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified policy.
